This agreement is between the Client and the provider of the trading strategy, operated under the brand name AVA Algo, a service of Kakus Enterprises Private Limited.

1. Acknowledgement of Risk I understand that stock market and derivatives trading (including futures and options) involves significant financial risk, including the possibility of losing my entire capital. I have evaluated my financial situation and risk tolerance before proceeding.

2. Voluntary Participation I am voluntarily deploying the algorithmic trading strategy (“Algo”) at my own risk. This decision is made solely by me without any promise, guarantee, or undue influence from the service provider.

3. No Guarantee of Profit I understand that past performance is not indicative of future results, and there is no guarantee of profits or protection from losses.

4. Limitation of Liability I agree that the service provider, its employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect financial losses resulting from the use of the Algo. I accept full responsibility for all trading decisions and outcomes.

5. Declaration I confirm I have read, understood, and agreed to all the above points. I release the service provider from any liability for financial losses arising from the Algo’s use.
