It is calculated for individual Strategy.
What happens if Cut off P&L is not reached in a Strategy in one month from Subscription?

If Monthly P&L is less than the Cut-off P&L then strategy will get auto extended on a weekly basis till a maximum of 4 weeks.

If Subscription is paid for Dec-24 & P&L is below cut-off P&L then it will get extended to 1st week of Jan. If Cut off is reached in this week then user will have to make payment & Resubscribe. If Cut off is not met at end of 1st week of Jan-25 then it gets auto extended till 2nd week of Jan-25. Feb-25 Subscription needs to be purchased irrespective of Jan-25 P&L.

If a user Pauses or stops the strategy & if the strategy has made gains in our LIVE DEMO account then strategy is not extended beyond that week.

If there is Manual Intervention done by the user then user loses the Cut off P&L Criteria and his subscription won’t be extended in case cut off P&L is not met. However, we will consider the P&L of our LIVE DEMO account and if it is also below cut off P&L then the free extension will be applied.

No, there cannot be a refund since Cut off is different. A separate subscription needs to be taken for the higher tier multiplier.
